Why a log is not advice
A personal log is a record of what you entered. It can help you remember what you did and when, and give you something concrete to bring to a conversation with your clinician.
What a log can't do: it can't tell you whether something is safe for you, how much to take, or what caused how you felt on a given day. Check-in notes like energy, focus, and mood are your own impressions, not measurements.
MB Dose Log's mg figure is arithmetic on the numbers you type in, assuming 20 drops per mL. Droppers vary, so the figure is an estimate only.
Questions about medications, interactions, or health conditions belong with a qualified clinician.
