Terms of Use

These terms apply to MB Dose Log, published by STOIC AFFILIATE LLC. By using the app you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs where these terms conflict.

1. What the app is

A personal logging and journaling tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose, treat, or recommend, prescribe, or adjust any amount.

2. No reliance for medical decisions

Do not use the app or any figure it shows to make health decisions. In-app reminders are not a complete list of risks. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

3. Estimates

Any mg figure is an estimate assuming 20 drops per mL and is not exact. You are responsible for what you enter.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• Monthly $4.99 and Yearly $29.99 auto-renew; Lifetime $59.99 is a one-time purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Your content

Your entries stay on your device. We are not responsible for lost data.

6. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOIC AFFILIATE LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY HEALTH-RELATED DECISION YOU MAKE. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED WHAT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
